Have a nutrition question? Ask the dietitian.

Good afternoon my friends. I wanted to let you know that I will be revamping the site a bit. I have added a new tab called, "Ask the Dietitian." In this section, you can find nutrition tips and tidbits to help you achieve your healthy eating goals! If you have a specific nutrition related question, send me an e-mail at shawna@makingfoodsfit.com! I want to write about what you're interested in. I will answer as many questions as I can in the new section of my blog. 

I will still add delicious recipes to the Recipes section of my blog, however, this will no longer include nutrition tidbits. This way I can get can post more recipes in less time. That's the goal, at least :).  I have been working on some tasty treats so keep your eyes open for some yummy recipes in the next few weeks!

Again, I will be answering as many nutrition questions as I can in the new section of my blog, "Ask the Dietitian." I look forward to hearing from all of you! "
